Payments

When to Pay

Payment for treatment is to be made at the time of the appointment. Payment for reports must be made before the report is released.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, EFTPOS, EFT transfer and credit card.

Third-Party Payments

We accept payment by third parties such as organisations like the Church, or the Department of Community Services. Where this is the case, fees will be billed directly to the third party involved and incur GST.

Cancellation Fees

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee.

​

Medicare will not reimburse for missed appointments.
