Emma conducts forensic assessments and provides independent expert witness reports for use in a variety of matters heard in the Local, District and Supreme Courts. She has a solid reputation on both sides of the legal process and an equally long-term commitment to serving public and private clients in Sydney and regional NSW. 

​

Emma provides clear evidence-based reports and maintains close communication with legal colleagues and clients to ensure accuracy and prompt service delivery. She prepares expert evidence reports for purposes such as Fitness and Section 32 hearings, Parole Board hearings, Mental Health Review Tribunal matters, Immigration applications, Victim’s Compensation claims, Workers Compensation claims, accident and personal injury, medical negligence, pain and suffering, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other medico-legal matters.

Emma is also proficient in providing evidence-based treatment of a wide range of psychological issues and conditions, including that pertaining to mental illness, mood disorders, substance abuse and personality disorders across the lifespan.
